The heaviest weight to carry is not even numerical. It is worry, fear, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Carrying all of the negativity, that is the heaviest weight to carry; the unhappiness. The struggles. But thankfully they can be lifted off, slowly but surely one at a time. Never give up. It’ll get better.
